What areas do you serve?

We're based in Hugo, Minnesota and serve the surrounding northeast metro — including White Bear Lake, Forest Lake, Lino Lakes, Centerville, Mahtomedi, Vadnais Heights, Stillwater, and Oakdale. If you're a little outside that, text us anyway and we'll let you know.

Where does the detail happen — do you come to me?

We're a small, personal operation, so we keep this flexible. In most cases we can come to you — all we need is access to the vehicle, ideally with water and power nearby. We'll confirm the exact arrangement by text when we book you in.

How long does a detail take?

Accepted Answer

An interior or exterior detail typically takes 2–3 hours. A full detail runs 4–6 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. We'll give you an accurate window when we confirm your booking.

What do you need from me on the day of service?

Just access to the vehicle and removal of personal valuables. We'll confirm any other details by text before your appointment.

Will detailing remove scratches and swirl marks?

Accepted Answer

Our standard details dramatically improve gloss and clarity, and clay treatment removes bonded contamination. Deeper scratches and swirls require paint correction — text us a photo and we'll assess it honestly.

How often should I get my car detailed?

Accepted Answer

For Minnesota conditions we recommend a full detail every 4–6 months, with exterior maintenance details in between — especially after winter, when road salt is hardest on your paint.

How do I pay, and do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

We accept card, cash, and major mobile payments on completion. No deposit is required for standard details — the price we confirm by text is the price you pay.
